  • Proactively engage customer decision-makers, procurement, and channel partners to confirm renewal intent and resolve commercial blockers prior to expiration.

  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to identify, qualify, and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.

  • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline tracking, and account documentation within Salesforce, Clari, and internal reporting tools.

  • Support team enablement by contributing to renewal playbooks, best practices, and peer mentorship initiatives.

The skills and qualities you'll bring include:

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in SaaS renewals, account management, or commercial sales ownership experience with demonstrated retention success.

  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation capabilities to balance customer outcomes with business objectives.

  • Proven experience in Salesforce and forecasting platforms to maintain forecast accuracy and operational rigor.

  • Technical or cybersecurity industry experience with a strong understanding of SaaS subscription models.

  • Bring strong accountability by establishing ownership, clear expectations, and driving outcomes that deliver value for customers and the business.

  • Demonstrate cross-functional collaboration by working across sales, finance, customer success, and partner networks to deliver aligned results.

  • Apply effective decision-making to resolve challenges, streamline contract approvals, and maintain operational momentum.

  • Exercise clear communication and executive presence to influence key decision-makers and procurement teams.

  • Embody our core values to foster a culture of excellence that drives meaningful impact and collective success.
