- Utilize and balance a cash drawer and ticket sales with various tender types
- Interpret and operate numerous computer and ticketing systems with accuracy
- Answer multi-line telephones using proper etiquette

THE JOB:
he primary responsibility of a Ticket Office Representative is to maintain and facilitate all duties that include ticket sales, guest complaints, guest service and cash handling in the Ticketing Department. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and property policies, practices, and procedures.
THE STARTING RATE:
$16.00 Per Hour
THE DAY-TO-DAY:

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Must be 18 years of age or older
6+ Months of Prior Relevant Experience in
Customer service and cash handling Preferred
Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
