Repairs and Compliance Team Leader – 12-month fixed term

What you'll do
- Take a pivotal role in the delivery of responsive repairs, planned maintenance, compliance and health & safety services across the housing portfolio.
- Lead a small team and manage a range of external contractors.
- Ensure repairs are delivered efficiently, properties meet required standards, and residents receive an excellent customer experience.
- Oversee contractor performance, manage maintenance and compliance budgets, coordinate void property works, and ensure statutory obligations relating to gas safety, fire safety, asbestos and electrical compliance are met.
- Monitor service quality, produce performance reports, manage key service contracts, and build strong relationships with residents, contractors and internal stakeholders.
- Provide periodic out-of-hours support.
