Research Analyst

We are looking for a passionate Research Analyst, who will play a crucial role in optimizing our complex production system through advanced analytics and machine learning. You will work on challenging problems in a dynamic environment, leveraging your expertise in statistical analysis and uplift modelling.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement performance metrics;
• Identify bottlenecks and opportunities for market share growth;
• Optimize trading constraints and evaluate changes;
• Conduct A/B tests and analyze data;
• Decompose strategies into measurable components;
• Detect anomalies and analyze performance issues;
• Accelerate decision-making processes by designing analytical dashboards;
• Improve simulation credibility by training dynamic parameteric models.
  

Requirements

• Strong Python skills with experience in pandas, numpy, and PyTorch;
• Solid understanding of probability theory and mathematical statistics;
• Proven experience in data analysis and machine learning;
• Expertise in statistical testing and A/B experiment design;
• Familiarity with ML system design;
• Passion for investigating complex open-ended questions through data analysis;
• Desire to develop decision-making skills based on probabilistic metrics;
• Enthusiasm for optimizing metric sensitivity and power.
