  • Contribute to routine method and assay design, experimental execution, data review, technical discussions, and sponsor inquiries under moderate supervision
  • Troubleshoot laboratory processes and support improvements that increase data quality, lower costs, or reduce turnaround times
  • Analyze routine data and assess whether results fall within acceptable tolerances
  • Maintain laboratory equipment, electronic laboratory notebooks, and documentation in accordance with applicable regulatory standards and good documentation practices
  • Follow laboratory and company SOPs while supporting safety and 6S requirements and initiatives

We are seeking a Research Associate to join IQVIA Laboratories at Santa Fe, NM.

Job Summary:

Support the antibody library construction pipeline by building and quality-controlling innovative antibody libraries. Apply molecular biology and microbiology techniques in a high-throughput laboratory environment while maintaining rigorous quality, safety, and documentation standards.

  • Proficiency in data analysis, laboratory calculations, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective communication, presentation, interpersonal, and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently, maintain productive stakeholder relationships, and complete projects and deliverables within expected timelines

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $53,700.00 - $111,800.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
