RESEARCH SCIENTIST

• Develop and finalize packaging materials (primary & secondary) for new and existing products.
• Coordinate with vendors for development of packing materials like cartons, foils, labels, inserts, and shippers.
• Prepare and review packaging specifications, artworks, and BOMs.
• Conduct compatibility and stability studies for packaging materials.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., WHO, USFDA, EU guidelines).
• Handle change control, deviations, and CAPA related to packaging.
• Support technology transfer and exhibit batches.
• Coordinate with QA, QC, Production, and Regulatory Affairs for smooth execution.
• Vendor qualification and performance monitoring.
• Cost optimization and alternative vendor/material development.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Sc (Packaging Science preferred)
• Experience: 2–5 years in pharmaceutical packaging development
