 The University of Miami/UHealth Department  Obstetrician & Gynecologist (OBGYN)has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Research Support Specialist to work in Miami, FL.T he Research Support Specialist performs a variety of duties involved in the collection, compilation, and documentation of research data related to the assigned research studies. The incumbent also assists with the implementation of daily study activities and provides statistical support to these activities.

  • The Research Associate supports research activities for the assigned division by conducting laboratory experiments on assigned research projects

  • Assists with participation recruitment, screening, and enrollment for human subject research studies

  • Ensures that all research complies with the IRB associated with this project

  • Analyzing and preparing specimens, contributing to research projects focused on GYO cancers, and maintaining laboratory supplies
