Your key responsibilities

Rocco Forte Hotels is a collection of iconic hotels that respects the individuality of the location and its team members, encouraging them to be their natural selves while providing a local, authentic experience to our guests.

As a valued part of the Forte family, you will:

• Apply your people skills, professionalism, and telephone skills to a crucial role at the forefront of a world-leading luxury hotel. 

• Handle all accommodation enquiries, convert enquiries into bookings, enter all bookings into the system, and confirm, amend, or cancel reservations as required. 

• Assist the Reservations Manager UK in maximising room sales at the highest possible average rate. 

• Support with general guest enquiries and resolve any challenges as appropriately and professionally as possible.

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals who are passionate about celebrating the individuality of our hotels and guests. 

We are looking for team members who bring:

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to multitask

• Good computer skills and proficiency in using hotel reservation systems

• Excellent telephone manners to engage effectively with our guests       

• Seamless service delivery with nothing is too much trouble 

• Previous experience in a reservations role, preferably in hospitality 

• Ability to work well with a team and collaborate with the wider team at the hotel

• Passion and ambition to deliver exceptional experiences

• Attention to detail and organisational skills to deliver World Class Scottish Hospitality

The expected salary package of a Reservations Consultant UK is £33,040 per annum (salary plus discretionary service charge)
