- Integrated Operations and Maintenance of Field Instruments in HPCL.
- Filed Instrument Maintenance - Preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Understanding engineering drawings, P&IDs, and electrical schematics.
- Identifying issues, analyzing root causes, and implementing effective solutions.
- Maintaining accurate records, preparing maintenance reports, and documenting
- Periodic Maintenance & Emergency Troubleshooting.
- Should hold full ownership and responsibility for the entire PMs, and EM's in HPCL RUF Plant
- Deliver excellence service and ensuring efficient operations and the end user
- Every month, in accordance with the contract, should complete the activity
- Maintaining Field Instrument Calibration records, troubleshooting and attending breakdown calls.

Skills and Competency :
Familiar with control systems such as PLC, DCS, and SCADA for monitoring and optimizing industrial processes.
Understanding of circuits, sensors, transmitters, and control devices used in industrial systems.
Should have handled all Field Instruments and expertise in trouble shooting
Knowledge in Field Bus devices
Documentation & Reporting
Experienced in preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
Safety Protocols & Regulations
Knowledgeable in adhering to industry safety standards and regulatory compliance to maintain a safe working environment.
Technical Drawings & Schematics Interpretation
Proficient in reading and understanding engineering drawings, P&IDs, etc.,
Strong ability to work effectively
Problem-Solving
Adept at identifying issues, analyzing root causes, and implementing effective solutions.
Process Control & Automation
Capable of maintaining accurate records, preparing maintenance reports, and documenting
Quality Assurance & Compliance
Ensures equipment and processes meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
