The Role

As a Residential Conveyancer, you will have the chance to lead, mentor, and inspire a small but dynamic team of legal professionals, managing a broad caseload of residential property transactions. You will provide technical guidance and support to junior team members, collaborating closely with the Head of Residential Property to drive departmental growth. Key Responsibilities

• Manage a broad caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion
• Lead, mentor, and support junior team members to develop their skills
• Provide technical guidance and ensure high-quality service delivery
• Collaborate with the Head of Residential Property to support department growth
• Utilise case management systems effectively to manage workflow and deadlines
• Maintain excellent communication with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders

About You

The ideal candidate will be a proactive and experienced professional with at least 2+ years’ post-qualification experience in Residential Conveyancing, capable of managing a diverse caseload. Applications from Newly Qualified Solicitors with relevant training in Residential Property and the ability to handle a broad range of matters will also be considered. You should possess strong IT skills, including familiarity with case management systems, and demonstrate exceptional organisational and attention to detail. A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset and excellent communication skills are essential. Leadership experience and a passion for mentoring others are desirable, but training and support will be provided according to your experience.
