Are you an HVAC professional who enjoys working with customers and wants to increase your earning potential? Fire & Ice Heating & Air is looking for an experienced HVAC Selling Technician to help homeowners find the right comfort solutions while earning uncapped commissions and working with warm, qualified leads.

This role is ideal for technicians who have strong HVAC knowledge, enjoy building relationships with customers, and want to leverage their expertise in a consultative sales environment.
