What you'll do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Leasing Consultants to achieve leasing and occupancy targets, providing direction, support, and accountability while creating an engaged and positive team environment.

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Leasing Manager to lead the leasing function across a growing portfolio of residential properties, including both established communities and newly developed assets.

This role is responsible for driving occupancy performance, leading, coaching, and inspiring a team of Leasing Consultants, overseeing lease-up initiatives for new developments, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the leasing journey.

The successful candidate will combine strong sales leadership with a deep understanding of residential leasing, market dynamics, and operational excellence. They will be a proactive and strategic leader who anticipates market and business needs, identifies opportunities, and takes initiative to drive results.

What you’ll do
