What you'll do
- Troubleshoot and diagnose existing plumbing issues in residential homes.
- Installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems and fixtures which will include toilet replacements, faucets replacements, water heater replacements, soldering, and common plumbing repairs.
- Inspecting and testing plumbing systems for safety, functionality, water quality, and code compliance in residential homes.
- Handling customer queries, troubleshooting/resolving plumbing problems, responding to call-outs, and preparing cost estimates.
- Sewer and drain cleaning.
- Serve customers by analyzing work orders, following daily travel schedules, listening to customers, performing designated work and proactively solving problems.
- Document plumbing work performed and provide guidance to assistants or apprentices.
- Maintain professional conduct and appearance in all working conditions.
