Sodexo is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team in Gove, NT, where stunning beaches, world-class fishing, a laid-back coastal community, and an unbeatable work-life balance await. This is a unique residential opportunity working a Monday to Friday, 5:2 roster, giving you your weekends free to enjoy everything this remarkable region has to offer.

As part of Sodexo's Accommodation Services team, you'll play a critical role managing a residential property portfolio, supporting tenants, maintaining compliance, and delivering exceptional customer service on behalf of our client.

About the Role

You will be the subject matter expert responsible for delivering effective and compliant property management services across a residential housing portfolio.

You will oversee tenancy management, property compliance, lease administration, maintenance coordination, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring exceptional service delivery for both tenants and clients while maintaining compliance with relevant legislation and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Have

  • Demonstrated experience in end-to-end residential property management
  • Strong knowledge of tenancy legislation and property management best practices
  • Experience managing tenancy agreements, inspections, maintenance, and compliance activities
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Proven experience preparing reports and maintaining accurate records
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high service standards
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and confidence managing tenancy-related matters
  • The ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to a team environment
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and experience with property management systems
