The work is predominantly freehold sales and purchases, with a smaller proportion of leasehold matters and occasional new build purchases. You will also handle right to buy transactions, shared ownership matters, transfers of equity, and remortgages.You will take ownership of files from instruction through to completion, supported by an experienced local team.
