An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Residential Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or experienced Conveyancing Executive to join a well-established and growing regional law firm in Cardiff.

Joining a busy and collaborative team, you’ll manage your own residential conveyancing caseload and play a key role in delivering a first-class service to clients across a broad range of property transactions.

The Role
This is a varied and rewarding position offering the opportunity to handle a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to post-completion.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity
• Providing practical, client-focused advice throughout the transaction process
• Building strong relationships with clients, estate agents, brokers and other referrers
• Using case management systems and digital tools to ensure an efficient and seamless client experience
• Supporting networking and business development initiatives

Candidate Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or experienced Conveyancing Executive
• Proven experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently
• Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of residential property matters
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
• A collaborative and team-focused mindset
