The Resource Management Center (RMC) Manager provides leadership and operational oversight for the hospital’s centralized clinical staffing pool, ensuring the effective utilization and deployment of staff to meet patient care and operational needs across the health system. This position leads staffing operations, workforce planning, employee development, and performance management while partnering with nursing and operational leaders to identify staffing trends, address workforce gaps, and optimize resource utilization. The manager uses staffing analytics and technology to support data-driven decision-making, improve staffing efficiency, and ensure the pool maintains a highly skilled, flexible, and engaged workforce aligned with organizational standards and patient care priorities.Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions- The RMC Manager supervises and supports frontline staff, monitors productivity, quality, and customer service, and ensures alignment with departmental and organizational standards. Required Education and Experience
