Role Overview
As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of Batica. Acting as a leader on the floor, you will ensure seamless service delivery, uphold brand standards, and foster a positive and motivated team environment.
You will lead by example to create exceptional dining experiences, support the development of your team, and ensure every guest receives warm, intuitive, and memorable service.
