ROLE PURPOSE
Lead retail excellence and sell-out across one of Brompton's key markets, including 2 flagship Junction stores and several Store Partners. - Improving Partner NPS and sales conversion and sell-through across APAC.
- Consistent premium execution from flagship to Store Partners.
- Full BOP certification and VM compliance across the region.
- Smooth, on-brand delivery of Junction and Partner development.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- Senior multi-site retail leadership in premium or specialty retail.
- Experience across owned, franchise, and wholesale/dealer channels.
- Proven at lifting conversion, clienteling, and sell-through.
- Strong partner and stakeholder management, comfortable in a matrix.
