As a business partner, you listens to inputs from stakeholders and manages diverse retail community needs to achieve business ambitions and enhance client experiences.

You will curate personalized learning solutions for Boutique Advisors, enhancing their capabilities beyond product knowledge to excel in client experience and retail excellence. By coaching and collaborating with Area Managers and Boutique Managers, you elevate the learning journey, creating a direct impact on client experience and business outcomes.

What you will bring: 

• Degree or tertiary diploma graduate with multiple years of experience in people interactions, coaching, and training, with a preference for a managerial role in selling, retail, or client service. 

• Strong client-centric mindset and vision for service excellence. 

• Excellent communication, influence skills, and a strong passion for people development. 

• Open-mindedness, adaptability, and strong planning and time management skills. 

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and flexibility in mobility and retail hours.
