What you'll do

  • Own the UK & Ireland retail strategy and execution, setting priorities across key channels, retailers and franchise opportunities.
  • Develop the EMEA retail strategy, bringing deep channel, category and retail expertise to identify regional priorities, growth opportunities and whitespace.
  • Identify UK & Ireland retail growth opportunities, using market intelligence, consumer insights and commercial data to shape investment and prioritisation.
  • Build and manage strategic relationships with priority UK & Ireland retailers, developing joint business plans and opportunities to grow Netflix’s Consumer Products presence, with a particular focus on Hardlines.
  • Partner with UK cross functional teams and licensees to maximise retail execution, including listings, assortment, placement, activation and in-store presence.
  • Translate global Consumer Products strategies into UK & Ireland and EMEA retail plans, ensuring global priorities are relevant to local market and retailer dynamics, while bringing Hardlines expertise where relevant.
  • Maximise major franchise and seasonal retail moments in the UK & Ireland, developing distinctive activations that deliver visibility, commercial impact and fan engagement.
  • Establish EMEA Hardlines best practice and capability, sharing UK & Ireland learnings and developing scalable approaches that can be adopted across markets.

As the UK Retail Senior Manager, you will own the strategy and execution of Netflix’s Consumer Products retail business across the UK, while also developing the broader EMEA retail strategy. With particular expertise in Hardlines, you will identify growth opportunities, build strategic retailer relationships and deliver best-in-class programmes across priority categories and franchises, while developing insights, strategies and best practices that can scale across EMEA.
