We are looking for a passionate and data-driven Retention Marketing Executive who can help us strengthen customer engagement, improve repeat purchase rates, and build long-term customer loyalty.
📍 Location: Ahmedabad

Key Responsibilities
Customer Retention & Engagement
- Plan and execute retention marketing strategies to improve repeat purchases and customer lifetime value (CLTV).
- Create and manage customer engagement campaigns through Email Marketing, WhatsApp Marketing, SMS, Push Notifications, and Loyalty Programs.
- Develop personalized customer journeys based on user behavior and purchase patterns.
Campaign Management
- Execute promotional campaigns, reactivation campaigns, abandoned cart flows, post-purchase nurturing, and upselling/cross-selling campaigns.
- Coordinate with creative and content teams for campaign creatives and communication copies.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize open rates, CTRs, conversions, and retention metrics.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze customer behavior, segmentation, and retention trends.
- Track KPIs such as repeat purchase rate, churn rate, customer engagement, and campaign ROI.
- Generate regular reports and provide actionable insights for improvement.
Customer Lifecycle Management
- Build and optimize automated customer journeys for onboarding, nurturing, retention, and win-back campaigns.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and increase brand loyalty.
Collaboration & Strategy
- Work closely with Marketing, Performance Marketing, E-commerce, and Customer Support teams.
- Stay updated with retention marketing trends, CRM tools, and consumer behavior insights.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of Retention Marketing & CRM strategies
- Experience with Email Marketing, WhatsApp Marketing, and automation tools
- Good analytical and reporting skills
- Understanding of customer segmentation and lifecycle marketing
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Creative thinking with a performance-driven mindset
- Knowledge of D2C/E-commerce customer behavior preferred
