At United Vein & Vascular Centers (UVVC), every patient interaction is an opportunity to make a difference. As a Retention Specialist I, you’ll play an important role in keeping patients engaged in their care by helping overcome barriers, preventing appointment cancellations, and reconnecting with patients when appointments need to be rescheduled. 

This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in sales, retention, or customer service who is a strong communicator, solution-oriented, and motivated by helping people take the next step in their healthcare journey. 

Who You Are 

You’re a confident and compassionate communicator who knows how to listen, identify concerns, and find solutions. You’re comfortable having conversations that require persistence and problem-solving while ensuring every patient feels heard and supported. 

You bring: 

  • High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred 
  • 1–2 years of sales or retention experience required 
  • Healthcare experience preferred 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills 
  • A dependable approach with reliable attendance and punctuality
