Retiree Services Client Implementation and Service-Officer

Who we are looking for

The Retiree Services Transformation team is looking for an Officer to support strategic transformation initiatives across Retiree Services. The role will support modernization of platforms, processes, data, and the operating model, working across Business Operations, Client Service, Technology, Product, and other key stakeholders.What you will be responsible for

As Officer, Retiree Services Transformation you will:

• Support planning and execution of Retiree Services transformation initiatives
• Manage project activities, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and deliverables
• Support development and validation of product requirements
• Coordinate business participation in process design, testing, and implementation readiness
• Partner across Operations, Client Service, Product, and Technology to resolve issues and dependencies
• Support future-state process and operating model development
• Serve as a Data Steward, supporting data governance, quality, documentation, and controls
• Develop project reporting, metrics, and governance materials

Education & Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
• 3-5 years of relevant project, business analysis, operations, or transformation experience
• Retiree Services experience preferred but not required
• Client onboarding or implementation experience a plus
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 

Salary Range:

$60,000 - $101,250 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
