What you'll do

  • Support the analysis behind our GTM reporting. Build and maintain dashboards, models, and reports that leadership relies on for pipeline/bookings reviews, forecast calls, QBRs, and board updates — so decisions are grounded in clean, trusted numbers.
  • Turn data requests into clear answers. Field ad-hoc data asks from Sales, CS, Marketing, and Finance, scope what’s really being asked, and deliver analysis that is accurate, well-documented, and easy to act on.
  • Support the forecasting and planning rhythm. Support the development of operational models behind forecasting, pipeline coverage, capacity and quota planning, territory analysis, and scenario planning — in Google Sheets and our BI tools.
  • Work fluently across our GTM systems. Use Salesforce, PlanHat, and adjacent GTM tools as a power user — building reports, pulling and validating data, and flagging integrity issues — while partnering with the systems team who build and maintain the workflows themselves.
  • Track the metrics that matter. Monitor and report on the core GTM metrics — pipeline generation and conversion, win rates, bookings, churn and retention, attainment — and proactively call out what’s changing and why.
  • Safeguard data quality. Investigate and flag data-quality issues during our Deal Desk process that undermine reporting and forecasting accuracy. Partner with the systems and GTM teams to get them fixed at the source
  • Communicate with leadership. Translate analysis into clear, concise narratives and visuals for a senior audience — and be ready to explain your methodology and defend a recommendation.

What they're looking for

  • 3+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales/GTM operations, financial analysis, business analytics, or a closely related analytical role in B2B SaaS.
  • A bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, finance, or a similar field.
  • You are a genuine power user of Google Sheets (or Excel): complex formulas, pivots, lookups, and the ability to build and maintain models from scratch, not just fill in someone else’s template.
  • You revel in the collection and analysis of quantitative and qualitative data to answer questions, generate solutions, and drive informed decisions.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC) and PlanHat as an advanced user — building reports and dashboards, pulling and validating data — with a solid understanding of how GTM data flows through the systems around it.
  • Experience preparing analysis and reporting for QBRs, board decks, or forecasts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills — you can present data to senior leaders, walk them through your methodology, and defend a recommendation.
  • Strong attention to detail and a bias for accuracy; you double-check your numbers because you know decisions ride on them.
  • Self-motivated and action-oriented, able to prioritize competing requests and adapt in a fast-paced environment while working independently.
  • Able to challenge others’ assumptions and conclusions with data, while supporting the ultimate decision even when it goes a different direction

Nice to have

  • Comfort with BI/reporting tools (Looker, Domo, or similar) beyond native CRM reporting; SQL experience to pull data from BigQuery is a strong plus.
