Revit Technician

CADagency is delighted to be working with a growing construction manufacturing company based in Wembley that specialises in masonry and precast concrete lintels. The company is currently working on projects in HS2 and we are assisting them in recruiting for a Revit Technician to join their team and contribute to a range of exciting projects.

As a Revit Technician, you will be responsible for completing project structural drawings, including masonry and precast concrete lintels, using Revit or Bentley OpenBuildings. You will work closely with the design team to ensure the accuracy and quality of all technical drawings and assist with the management of design projects. This role offers the opportunity to gain experience with Bentley OpenBuildings BIM, with training available for those who already have strong Revit experience.

• Complete project structural drawings, including masonry and precast concrete lintels, using Revit or Bentley OpenBuildings.
• Co-ordinate your work activities based on the project needs and timelines.
• Assist with design management and contribute to the development of technical solutions.
• Report any new project requirements or issues to the relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and statutory requirements.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Revit (Bentley OpenBuildings experience is advantageous, but training will be provided).
• At least 2 years of masonry drafting experience.
• Experience with AutoCAD 2D/3D or AECOsim for 3D BIM modelling.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Full driver’s licence.
