  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including P&C, O&A, Tax, Global Mobility teams, payroll, and external vendors.
  • For allocated countries act as IM Centre of Excellence contact for expatriate tax matters.
  • Support Mobility Compliance consultant in delivery of projects and initiatives linked to compliance.

Role synopsis:

We are looking for a Mobility Compliance advisor to join our International Mobility team based in Sunbury, UK.  The team is focused on providing a high-quality service to bp’s expatriate population.  This role will support a global expat program to ensure bp and their assignees are meeting all assignment tax compliance requirements.   

Please note that roles based out of SJS or Sunbury will move to Timber Square, Southwark, from Q4 2027.

Future Location Notice:  This role will start in Sunbury, London. bp has announced a planned office move to Timber Square, London, with all positions currently advertised in Sunbury, including this one, expected to relocate around Q4 2027-Q1 2028. This presents an exciting opportunity for all employees and leaders to come together in one London location. The specific date of the move will be confirmed closer to the time.
