  • Support day-to-day team operations including scheduling, room bookings, attendance tracking, procurement of tools and materials, and facilitation of payments such as artwork printing.
  • Prepare and maintain regular and ad-hoc reports — meeting minutes, business summaries, and inputs for biweekly through annual reporting cycles.

About the Role

The EPOS Rewards Administrator plays a critical support role within the EPOS Rewards Fulfilment team.

EPOS Rewards is a WhatsApp-native loyalty programme built on EPOS's proven V5 POS infrastructure, helping Singapore's SME merchants run personalised customer engagement, automated promotions, and data-driven retention — without the overhead of bespoke app development. The programme is gaining traction, and this team is scaling to meet it.

You will be the connective tissue between merchants, the project team, and internal operations: keeping documentation tight, onboarding running smoothly, and reporting on track. If you are someone who notices what is broken before being asked, takes pride in doing things properly, and wants to grow with a team that is building something — this role is for you.
