- Support the design verification, characterization, and validation of Front-end Module RF products, working closely with RFIC, analog, and module design teams throughout the product development cycle.
- Develop and execute comprehensive lab test plans and characterization methodologies to evaluate RF performance and verify designs against product requirements.
- Create and maintain automated test scripts and measurement workflows to improve test efficiency, repeatability, and data analysis.
- Assist in RF test setup bring-up and debugging, including instrumentation configuration, hardware/software integration, calibration, and validation of measurement environments.
- Analyze test data, identify performance issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive root-cause analysis and deliver high-performance RF solutions from initial design through product qualification.

Description
We are seeking a motivated University Student to support our RF Validation and Design Team. In this role, the candidate will join a diverse team of Characterization Test Engineers and will assist with testing and validating wireless communication systems, execute RF test plans, collect and analyze statistical data, troubleshoot test issues, and document / report results. The ideal candidate is pursuing a degree in Electrical, Computer, or Software Engineering with an interest in wireless technologies. This position is great for students interested in pursuing a career in the RF and analog IC industry, providing valuable experience with industry-standard test equipment, wireless technologies, and product development processes tems, and data analysis. This position offers hands-on experience with industry-standard RF test equipment and exposure to product development and Charactrization processes. Term: 12month Co-Op (January 2027 to December 2027)

The typical pay range for an intern is currently CAD $25.00 - $44.00 per hour. Starting base pay will depend on level of education and the ultimate job duties and requirements.
