Meet the Team 

You’ll join Silicon Labs’ RFIC Design Team, developing radio transceivers for innovative IoT wireless products. Our team designs the analog, mixed-signal, and RF circuitry that enables reliable wireless communication across Silicon Labs’ portfolio. 

As a new college graduate, you’ll work alongside experienced engineers and apply your academic knowledge to real-world RF design challenges while building expertise across the integrated circuit development lifecycle.

 

Responsibilities 

  • Design and develop RF, analog, and mixed-signal circuits for wireless transceivers.  

  • Perform circuit analysis, simulation, modeling, and design verification.  

  • Evaluate design performance against technical requirements and identify opportunities for improvement.  

  • Support the development of radio transceiver from initial concept through implementation and validation.  

  • Analyze simulation and laboratory data to troubleshoot circuit performance.

Skills You Need 

Minimum Qualifications

The annualized base pay range for this role is expected to be between $78,750 - $146,250 USD. Actual base pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, geographic location where work will be performed and applicant’s skill set. The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include an annual cash bonus, equity package and a comprehensive benefits package.
