Right-of-Way Due Diligence Agent – Houston, TX [In-Office]

We are seeking a Right-of-Way Due Diligence Agent with experience interpreting easements, reviewing land records, and supporting midstream pipeline and gathering system projects. This role is responsible for analyzing right-of-way documents, reviewing title and property information, interpreting surveys and plats, maintaining land-related data, and supporting land administration activities.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with midstream assets and gathering systems, possess a strong understanding of easements and property rights, and be comfortable reviewing complex land documentation. Candidates should be detail-oriented, capable of working independently, and experienced with GIS and database systems commonly used in land and right-of-way operations.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Houston, Texas with the potential for long-term employment opportunities. No travel or vehicle requirements are associated with this role.
