Make your mark in Enterprise Risk Management

As well as helping customers to manage risks, AIG faces a wide array of our own risks every day. The Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) team partners across the AIG organization to inform strategic decision-making and to facilitate rational risk-taking that drives profitable growth. ERM ensures we have the right tools, processes and systems in place to identify, measure and manage our risks. As an ERM colleague, you can enhance your acumen by helping to shape and support our approach to risk.

How you will create an impact

The Risk Analyst will provide practical Line 2 risk support across priority project activity, ad-hoc risk matters and enterprise risk uplift initiatives, helping to strengthen risk identification, assessment, documentation and governance across Australia and New Zealand.

Working closely with ERM, business teams, and other stakeholders, the role will support delivery of risk-related project outcomes, contribute to consistent risk practices and provide timely analysis, coordination and reporting to enable effective oversight and decision-making.

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with the potential for extension, subject to business requirements.
