- The Risk Management and Accreditation Compliance Coordinator leads the organization’s quality improvement (QI), risk management, credentialing and accreditation efforts to ensure safe, effective, and patient-centered outpatient care.

Summary of Job Duties:
The Risk Management and Accreditation Compliance Coordinator leads the organization’s quality improvement (QI), risk management, credentialing and accreditation efforts to ensure safe, effective, and patient-centered outpatient care. This role oversees compliance with the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC) standards for medical and mental health clinics and advances continuous quality improvement across clinical and administrative functions. This is not an enforcement role; it is a partnership role focused on helping teams maintain safe, smooth, and effective workflows through proactive engagement and relationship building.
Pat Walker is open Monday-Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.
Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
