JOB PURPOSE

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the placement, monitoring, and tracking of raw material orders to ensure timely availability for production.
• Maintain accurate records of material specifications, orders, inventory levels, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor stock levels and contribute to replenishment planning to support business needs and minimise supply risks.
• Partner with suppliers and internal stakeholders to track order progress, resolve delivery challenges, and communicate updates.
• Collaborate with quality teams to ensure materials consistently meet Burberry's quality and performance standards.
• Support compliance, sustainability, and traceability documentation while providing administrative assistance to the wider production team.

PERSONAL PROFILE

• Experience or academic background in Supply Chain, Fashion, Textiles, Operations, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accuracy.
• Excellent attention to detail and confidence handling data and documentation.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to build collaborative working relationships.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and adapting to changing priorities.
• An interest in luxury fashion, craftsmanship, and product creation, with a proactive and solution-focused mindset.
