In response to increasing project demands and development of our business, we are seeking qualified individuals with Road & Highway - Transportation (MTO) experience to join AtkinsRéalis to support our team in Northern Ontario for the projects in Thunder Bay, North Bay & Sudbury.

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or College Diploma.

• Registered as a Professional Engineer (P. Eng) in Ontario or on the job experience.

• Highway engineering knowledge and skills recognized by the Ministry of Transportation Ontario.

• Computer Skills - MS Office, AutoCAD, Civil3D, Microstation, OpenRoads, and other relevant industry-standard tools.

• Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.

Expected compensation for this role is between: -

• Project Managers - Pay Range $125,000 - $172,000 annually. 
• Design Managers - Pay Range $125,000 - $172,000 annually. 
• Designers - Pay Range $60,000 - $110,000 annually. 
• Construction Inspectors - Pay Range $75,000 - $125,000 annually. 
• Contract Administrators - Pay Range $93,000 - $130,000 annually.
• Bridge Inspectors - Pay Range $75,000 - $125,000 annually. 

Base salaries are determined according to several parameters like skills, experience, and potential impact on the role. Internal and external competitiveness are also taken into account in our offers.
