Full description from employer

Role:

We are seeking an independent, proactive hands-on person able to fix robots both hardware and firmware and closely work with our Operations and USA team. As such you will travel to customers across the US, debug the situation, coordinate with our HQ in Switzerland and apply the fix. This is a core role for our US expansion and you will be the first robot fixer on the ground.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Keep our US robots running by debugging and fixing hardware issues on-site.
  2. Coordinate maintenance and support with the onsite technicians and security guards.
  3. Organize robot logistics, like shipping, spare robot locations, etc
