Roofer

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Roofer to join a repairs and maintenance team covering the Nottingham, Leicester and Derby areas. This role involves working on both void and occupied domestic properties. We’re looking for a Roofer with a full driving licence and experience in construction or domestic housing. A van and fuel card will be provided along with a company mobile and uniform. Duties Include:   Carry out roof repairs and maintenance on both occupied and void domestic properties. Repair and replace roof tiles, slates, ridge tiles and associated roofing materials. Diagnose roofing defects, leaks and structural issues, providing effective repairs. Install and repair felt roofing systems, flashing, leadwork and waterproof membranes. Carry out guttering, fascia and soffit repairs and replacements. Perform minor roof renewals and planned maintenance works. Ensure all roofing work is completed to a high standard and in accordance with health and safety regulations. Safely erect and work from ladders, access equipment and scaffolding. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure sociable, full-time hours Monday to Friday. The hourly pay rate for this role is £23.32 Ltd (PAYE equivalent £20.01 inclusive of holiday). You will be working a standard 37-hour week, with potential for overtime. An immediate start is available.
