What you'll do
- Install and repair commercial roofing systems, including BUR, EPDM, TPO, PVC, and metal roofs.
- Remove existing roofing materials, replace damaged decking, and install insulation and waterproof layers.
- Apply asphalt, bitumen, sealants, coatings, vapor barriers, and other roofing materials.
- Prepare job sites by cleaning debris, setting up equipment, and organizing work areas.
- Inspect roofs to identify issues and determine appropriate repair or replacement solutions.
- Measure roof areas and cut materials to fit around vents, walls, edges, and penetrations.
- Operate hand and power tools, and assist with lifts or forklifts when required.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations, use PPE properly, and maintain a safe work environment at heights.
- Communicate job progress and report roof conditions or recommendations as needed.

Schedule & Hours
- Monday to Friday
- 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- 40 hours per week
- Overtime available
- Occasional weekend work may be required
