Roofer/ Shinglers Supervisor

Oversee roofing projects from start to completion, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to high-quality standards. Supervise and coordinate a team of roofers, assigning daily tasks and monitoring performance. Plan and organize daily roofing activities based on project requirements and timelines. Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations, policies, and procedures. Coordinate the delivery, availability, and proper use of roofing materials, tools, and equipment. Monitor job progress and ensure projects remain on schedule and within established requirements. Communicate with clients, project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders regarding project progress and requirements. Identify and address issues or delays that may impact project timelines or quality. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workmanship meets company and industry standards. Requirements Proven +6 years of experience in roofing, with supervisory experience preferred Shingle Systems experience required Knowledge of safety regulations and roofing standards Ability to read plans/blueprints and manage project timelines Good communication and problem-solving skills Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Benefits 3-year LMIA provided
