🏨 Job Summary

We are looking for hardworking and detail-oriented Room Attendants to join a hotel in Malta. The successful candidates will be responsible for cleaning, maintaining, and organizing guest rooms to ensure a comfortable, hygienic, and welcoming environment for hotel guests.

🧹 Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms according to hotel standards.
• Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, mop floors, and sanitize bathrooms, including tubs, toilets, and sinks.
• Strip used linens and make beds with fresh sheets and pillowcases.
• Replenish towels, bath amenities, coffee stations, and other guest supplies.
• Check rooms for cleanliness and ensure all items are properly arranged.
• Report broken fixtures, damaged furniture, maintenance issues, or safety hazards.
• Respond politely to guest requests for additional items such as pillows and towels.
• Greet guests warmly and maintain professional communication.
• Follow hotel cleaning procedures, health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Use cleaning chemicals safely and follow proper storage and disposal procedures.
• Complete assigned rooms efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.

📋 Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Room Attendant or in a similar housekeeping position.
• Experience in a 4- or 5-star hotel is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Good attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Excellent time-management skills.
• Physically fit with the ability to perform manual tasks and lift/move items when required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions, hotel procedures, and safety standards.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Flexible to work different shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

📌 Mandatory Candidate Requirement

• Candidates must hold a valid Pre-Departure Course Certificate.
