About this role

Job Description:

We are looking for a special kind of person – a St Vincent’s kind of person. Someone who puts compassion, connection and caring for other people at the heart of everything they do.

As a Roster Coordinator, you’ll be part of an experienced, engaged and dedicated team helping to create a welcoming, professional and supportive care experience for the residents of St Vincent’s Care Services Haberfield.  

St Vincent's Care Services Haberfield (locally known as St Joan of Arc Villa) is a 50-bed facility located 6.5km from Sydney's CBD, a close-knit residential aged care facility, providing residents with compassionate care and support.

This is full-time permanent opportunity - Monday to Friday.

Things that work for us: 

  • Relevant experience in a similar role proactively managing the administrative requirements associated with the scheduling of staff within a residential facility ensuring prompt and accurate services including processing and database management.

  • Experience with scheduling and attendance systems (Kronos/ UKG, Facilities Master Roster (FMR and Workday desirable), Client Management and Care Management systems.

  • Certificate/Diploma in Business, Frontline Management or Scheduling desirable 

  • High level of customer service skills 

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills 

  • Ability to follow directives as per care plan 

  • Understanding of Aged Care and resident rights and responsibilities would be beneficial.

  • Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (within 6 months).

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check may be a requirement of this role.
