Safety Officer (A)

Key Responsibilities Monitor compliance with HSE policies and procedures. Conduct workplace safety inspections and audits. Perform risk assessments and hazard identification. Ensure Permit to Work (PTW) procedures are followed. Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions. Conduct safety inductions and toolbox talks. Ensure compliance with local and international safety standards. Maintain safety documentation and reports. Required Skills HSE Management – Implement and monitor safety systems. Risk Assessment – Identify and mitigate workplace hazards. Permit to Work System – Ensure safe execution of maintenance activities. Incident Investigation – Analyse accidents and recommend improvements. Oil & Gas / Power Maintenance Safety – Maintain safe operational practices. Preferred Skills NEBOSH/IOSH Certification Emergency Response Planning Safety Training & Leadership Work Experience Requirements Candidates should possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas or Power Plant maintenance environments. Experience in implementing HSE standards, conducting safety audits, and managing site safety compliance is essential.
