Safety Officer

Job Description We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Safety Officer in Kuwait. Key Responsibilities Ensure compliance with HSE policies and procedures. Conduct workplace safety inspections and audits. Monitor maintenance activities for safe execution. Perform risk assessments and hazard identification. Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions. Conduct safety inductions and toolbox talks. Ensure proper use of PPE and safety equipment. Maintain statutory safety documentation and reports. Required Skills Safety Management Systems in Oil & Gas environments. Knowledge of HSE regulations and compliance. Risk Assessment and Hazard Identification. Permit to Work (PTW) system knowledge. Emergency Response and Incident Investigation. Preferred Skills NEBOSH/IOSH Certification. Fire & Emergency Response Training. Strong reporting and communication skills. Work Experience Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance projects within the Oil & Gas or Power industry. Experience in site safety management, compliance, and industrial maintenance projects is required.
