About the Team/Role:

Field Sales Representative- Chevron & Texaco (California & Texas)

As a Field Sales Rep (FSR) at WEX Inc., you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and growth for our market-leading payment product. You will be responsible for identifying and securing new accounts for the Chevron commercial card program. We are looking for individuals who reside within the territory which covers the states of California and Texas.

We are seeking dynamic, results-oriented sales professionals who are adept at generating strong leads, prospecting, and identifying opportunities, and will have experience selling in a B2B environment. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator with exceptional discovery and presentation skills and has a strong track record in closing sales. 

As a Chevron FSR for our commercial fleet card program, you will share the same passion for continuous innovation and client service that is unparalleled in our industry. You will strongly represent both the Chevron and the WEX brand in your territory.

How you'll make an impact:

As a “Hunter” in this role, the FSR will take on the primary responsibility of identifying and acquiring new business opportunities within the territory of California and Texas.

The base pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual pay rates will vary and will be based on various factors, such as your qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Base pay is one component of WEX's total compensation package. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable plan. Non-sales roles are typically eligible for a quarterly or annual bonus based on their role and applicable plan.
