Sales Advisor / Customer Service

### 17th August, 2026 We are seeking a customer-focused **Retail Sales Advisor** to join our client's busy team who are leaders in manufacturing building and construction materials such as bricks, tiles and pavers.. Based north-east of Perth, this is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, providing expert advice, and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Every day is different as you'll assist customers with product selection, prepare quotations, process sales, coordinate orders, and ensure every customer leaves with the right solution for their project. **About the Role** Reporting to the Branch Manager, your responsibilities will include: - Providing face-to-face and telephone customer service to builders, landscapers and the general public - Assisting customers with product selection and colour choices - Preparing quotations and processing sales orders - Coordinating deliveries and following up customer enquiries - Managing customer orders and resolving issues promptly - Maintaining accurate pricing, product information and sales documentation - Promoting products and identifying upselling opportunities - Working closely with the transport, yard and wider sales teams - Adhoc forklift operating (if you have your license) **About You** To be successful in this role, you will have: - Previous experience in retail sales, customer service or a similar customer-facing role ideally within the building and construction industry - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - A confident and professional telephone manner - The ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment - A positive attitude with a genuine passion for helping customers - Current drivers license and reliable vehicle - Be able to pass a pre-employment medical inc drug & alcohol screen - Full Australian work rights (sorry no holiday visa's) **Experience within the building, construction, landscaping or home improvement industry will be highly regarded but is not essential.** **What's on Offer** - $39.70 p/h + super + penalties - Mon - Fri 7:30am - 3:30pm | 8:00am - 4:00pm or 9:00am - 5:00pm (you choose your hours!) - Occasional Saturday's 7:30am - 1pm (Paid at T.5 and double time) - Full-time casual role with the view for permanency - Opportunities for career development and progression - Variety in your day with customer interaction and sales responsibilities - Opportunity to work across different branch locations for training and development If you're passionate about customer service, enjoy building relationships and want to work for a company that values teamwork, accountability and continuous improvement, we'd love to hear from you.. **Click the "Apply now" button and submit your resume or call 9474 9079  and ask for Shae or Lochlan.**[Apply For Job](/61239/pearl-recruitment-group/1985738/sales-advisor-customer-service/apply)
