What you'll do
- Welcome, advise and build a trusted relationship with each customer to provide a unique shopping experience
- Actively contribute to achieving the boutique’s sales targets
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of APM products to showcase the brand’s story and unique character to customers
- Build customer loyalty by providing personalised after-sales follow-up
- Ensure an impeccable level of customer service at every interaction
- Handle customer enquiries and initial complaints professionally
- Contribute to maintaining the boutique to a high standard: cleanliness, organisation and replenishment
- Support visual merchandising in line with brand guidelines
- Assist with stock management and inventory
- Follow payment and POS procedures

Sales
