Chem-Aqua, part of NCH Europe, is looking for a Sales & Service Representative to join our team in the Dublin region. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a customer-facing environment and wants to combine account management, business development, and technical service delivery within a leading water treatment business.

As a key member of our field team, you'll be responsible for maintaining and growing customer accounts, delivering excellent service, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting customers with industry-leading water treatment solutions.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing and developing existing customer relationships to maximise contract retention and customer satisfaction.
• Growing revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new opportunities within existing accounts.
• Generating new business through prospecting and networking activities.
• Conducting customer review meetings and providing consultative solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Performing water treatment and environmental hygiene monitoring activities, including:
  • Bacteria sampling
  • Temperature monitoring
  • Cooling tower analysis
  • Steam boiler analysis
  • Closed-loop system testing
  • Pre-treatment plant analysis
• Commissioning and supporting water treatment equipment, including:
  • Water softeners
  • Reverse Osmosis (RO) systems
  • UV systems
  • Chlorine dioxide equipment
• Maintaining accurate service reports, customer records, and documentation.
• Acting as a trusted partner to customers, ensuring exceptional service and long-term relationships.

What We're Looking For

Essential

✔ Proven B2B sales experience with a consistent track record of achieving or exceeding targets

✔ Strong account management and customer relationship-building skills

✔ Excellent communication and consultative selling abilities

✔ Ability to identify customer needs and provide effective solutions

✔ Strong organisational and time management skills

✔ Comfortable working independently in a field-based role

✔ Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications

✔ Full driving licence

Desirable

⭐ Water treatment, water hygiene, environmental services, or industrial services experience

⭐ Technical field service or laboratory analysis experience

⭐ Qualification in Engineering, Environmental Science, Chemistry, or a related discipline

⭐ Professional sales qualification
