- Support Account Executives with advertising order entry, revisions, and reporting in the WideOrbit Traffic system.
- Communicate with sales representatives and buyers regarding preempts, make-good offers, program changes, late runs, and other account activity.
- Provide weekly advertiser reports, including spot times and post reports.
- Collaborate with sales representatives and buyers to address invoicing, discrepancies, and collection issues.
- Support Sales Management with political advertising, including maintaining contracts, ensuring FCC documentation is complete, and verifying cash-in-advance payments.
- Collaborate with the Traffic department on advertising copy management.
- Support other station departments and initiatives as needed.
- Perform additional projects and duties as assigned.

We are seeking a motivated, detailed-oriented team player to join our Sales Team and contribute to our sales success while driving revenue across all broadcast and digital platforms.
As a Sales Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting the Sales Team and our efforts to drive revenue across all platforms. Your primary focus will be day-to-day support of Local Account Executives and Sales Managers while collaborating with digital sales, traffic, research, and other teams.

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $23.40-25.83 per hour. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.Company
