Sales Assistant – Client Relations

Tom James specializes in custom clothing and personalized wardrobe services for men and women. We are seeking a proactive, relationship-focused Sales Assistant – Client Relations to work directly with a highly successful Sales Professional who ranks among the company’s top 5% in sales worldwide. With a large, established client base and significant potential for continued growth, this role will help drive sales through outreach, appointment setting, and relationship development. 

A key part of the position will be contacting current, less-active, and prospective clients to set appointments and maintain consistent engagement. The Sales Assistant may also accompany the Sales Professional on client visits to provide support and strengthen those relationships. As a representative of Tom James, the successful candidate should have a polished, professional presence and be comfortable interacting with a wide range of clients.

This role is best suited for someone who is independent, self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working with limited day-to-day supervision. The ideal candidate will ask questions, take initiative, follow through consistently, communicate effectively, and manage priorities while the Sales Professional is in the field.

This is a full-time, benefits-eligible position of 30+ hours per week, based on site in our Grafton, Massachusetts office.

Hourly Pay: $25.00–$27.00, based on relevant experience and qualifications.
