Sales assistant, freight (Riga)

Main areas of responsibility:

· Maintain and develop business relations with existing and potential customers

· Substitute and assist booking department

· Prepare and negotiate commercial offers and agreements

· Process data (CRM etc.)

· Support sales team

Personal characteristics and skills:

· Fluency in English and Latvian; Russian considered an advantage

· University education

· Sales experience (an advantage, but not required)

· Customer service experience (an advantage, but not required)

· Transport industry experience (an advantage, but not required)

· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including professional email correspondence

· Accurate, attentive to detail, and diligent, with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to high-quality work

· Responsible, reliable, creative, friendly, and proactive personality

· Category B driving licence
